Horizontal lifting clamp features:
The high quality metal alloy steel nicety forges,plate chrome.
Capacity:1T to 5T.
1). Two pieces of clamps are used to test,but 2 pieces or 4 pieces are recommended for lifting operation,balance beam is is needed for big sized steel plate.
2). Testing load is 2 times of working load.Minimum breaking strength≥5times ofworking load.
3). With lock spring during thre non-work condition,locking device going in natrure step-up,put the object in the clamp,the strength becomes the proportion enhancement.The loaded object shall not touch anything when operating,over loaded is prohibited.
4). Forged head and forged gear set ensure the durability and saftey.
5). Gripper is for longtime use.
More thickness of the steel plates to ensure the good safety.
